We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging and labels.
• Returns must be initiated within 7-10

  Returns Due to Customer’s Mistake

  If a customer orders the wrong book, edition, language, or any other product by their own mistake, the return request may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  2. The customer must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery.
  3. The customer will be responsible for:
     
     
     • shipping charges.
     • Reverse pickup/courier charges (if arranged by us).
     • Any payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable.
  4. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  5. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting all applicable shipping, reverse logistics, and handling charges.

  Damaged or Incorrect Product Sent by Us

  If the customer receives a damaged product or a product different from what was ordered, we will bear the return shipping charges and provide a full replacement or refund after verification.

  Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, PDFs, e-books, and downloadable content.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Products returned without original packaging or in used condition.

  Refund Processing

  Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
