If the customer does not receive or accept the order at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to us by the logistics company (RTO – Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges and RTO charges as charged by the logistics partner.
  • Any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the delivery and RTO charges.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.

We request customers to ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid extra charges.
